Easter-only dishes, all cuisines, and where to get 'em

First off, I don't really know what's out there in terms of items made only around Eastertime. Second, I don't know where to get them. There was one thread on the Craving board, but there's got to be more seasonal deliciousness out there. I want to celebrate Spring the chowhound way!

Now there seem to be many Italian specialties of this sort, but I'd like to leave it open to any other cuisine. The Italian dishes I know of are (from the above-mentioned thread) Buba cu l'Uova (Easter Egg Baskets) found at Mona Lisa on 86th St. and Cuccio's on Ave X, Pizza gana, marzipan lambs and cassata al forno (riccota cake) from Villabate on 18th Ave, Bklyn. Then there's hot cross buns, which I believe are English.

This is just in Brooklyn, so I'm sure there's more elsewhere in NYC and additional specialities y'all can add. Much obliged!
