I read a quick note in passing that East Manor had changed hands. Like last week or so. From one New Yorker (Ricky Chung?) to another (a corporation maybe?).
Is the menu/buffet the same? Any obvious changes? Any obvious reason for the change? Was it bombing under Chung's refurbishing/leadership?
Seems to me he spent 5 years opening it, and it lasted less than one!
