East Bay seafood

I know this has been covered before but where do people think is the best place in Berkeley/Oakland/Albany for fresh (or frozen correctly) seafood. Particularly cooked/cracked crabs, clams, and shrimp (making ciopinno)

I had a bad experience at Whole Foods so will be avoiding for awhile

I know there are a lot of fans for Tokyo Fish Market. Are they open Saturday and will they have the aformentioned seafood?

What about Monterrey Fish Market?

Other ideas? Thanks
