I am looking for "the best" dumpling (noodle) soup place for my next NYC visit. I knew a lot of places probably in Chinatown, worth to try. But, unfortunately, I have only one meal for this.
Here are my preferences: 1) nice dumplings (delicate flavor, nice texture, and freshest ingredients), 2) good broth (I particularly look for sefood-based broth, 3)not chewy, handmade noodle
So far I found: NY noodle town, Eastern noodle, tasty dumpling, hop kee, congee village, joe's shanghai (I visited Joe's before. Though dumpling is quite nice, it is too meaty. Broth is just so so. I didn't try their noodles).
Please give me your opinion/recommendation with the name of "must-eat" dishes. Thanks for your help in advance.
