When I walked into Dumpling 10053, I couldn't believe how clean and nicely laid out it was. It wasn't your typical Chinese restaurant decor, it was tastefully decorated and they had some great artworks on the wall. The bathroom, very very clean. And the first "A" rating that I've seen at a Chinese rest, I can see why.
Now onto the food...we ordered the rock cod dumplings and man they were good, in fact we ordered placed another order after we were done with the first dish. Cod was very moist and juicy. We also had the crab, shrimp and sea cucumber dumplings and very very good. The juice were tasty and I'm not a fan of sea cucumber but I didn't notice if there were any in the dumplings.
The beef noodles were ok; I'm sorry, I always compare beef stew noodles to mom's an there's no comparion. The jellyfish, different than what I had before but no complaints. We had a vegetable dish, nothing to write home about but my bad, you goto a dumpling place, expect dumplings.
The only thing that would have been better if the dumplings were larger; ok, I've been brain washed by the Claim Jumperization of food.
Great place; definitely up there with Dumpling House (my other fave)
