Arrived at 6:45 and was told there was a 20 - 30 minute wait. Less than 5 minutes waiting time and we were seated at the Sushi bar.
The menu had great variety and we snagged a takeout menu too.
The scorpion roll (crab avocado, cucumber and shrimp was phenomenal and the pickled ginger was some of the best I've had, they brushed it lightly with tobiko.
The Jalapeno roll (tuna, asparagus and jalapeno) was a bit too spicy though. They hadn't pulled any of the seeds out of the pepper.
The decor was a bit off, there were a lot of tables of 2 seated at tables meant for 4 and there was a backup of larger parties as a result.
I can't wait to go back for lunch for udon and lobster tempura.
