is an interesting variation.
It comes on a plate w/ four sections. One is the usual salad w/ a fresh version of ginger dressing.
The sashimi section included 3 pieces of salmon, 1 sea bass, and 1 shrimp.
The tempura section included a variety of fried vegetables (yams, green peppers), 1 shrimp, and 2 shumai; the batter was lighter than other places we've tried and the shumai retained more of the meat taste intead of tasting like a fried dough ball.
The unusual part was one section had a small serving of unaju (warm eel over rice). I had the full size unaju and wished I'd gotten the lunch set instead. The unaju is sprinkled w/ sliced dried seaweed which added an extra bit of texture/flavor.
