Okay, so a few weeks ago I made the boneless short rib recipe from ATK and it was truly the best beef rib recipe ever. The only problem is that it didn't make enough.
Since I'm braising them in my dutch oven, can I just double the recipe and cook longer or won't that work because they'll be in 2 layers?
(I've doubled many recipes in the past but have just started cooking with my LC dutch oven, so am not that familiar with how to do it.)
