Hi! I have a friend joining me tomorrow for lunch and a week or so ago he left behind a bottle of Dogfish Head Red and White. Since he accidentally left it behind, he told me to hold on to it. Tomorrow I'll have him over for lunch and thought that I would break open the bottle. I've never had it, and the description (Wit beer, Pinot Noir) leaves me stumped as to what sort of food would pair well with it. Also, my friend is a vegetarian.
