Has probably been discussed: Good quality, moderate priced sushi in LA?

I am sure this has been beaten to death, and yes yes there is no cheap good sushi.

Lately have been trying out a lot of new places, and generally tend to visit Hide about once a week.

So far the best places I have dined at are:
Nozawa, Sasabune, Hiko, Go 55, Katsu-ya, Iroha, Blowfish, Roku, HamaSaku, Matsuhisa etc.

They all have their highs and lows, but Hide continues to stay on top due to their fresh fish, great prices, and consistency.

Lately I have been wanting to find somewhere new that has very similar prices to Hide, with the same quality etc. Although Hide doesn't carry fresh wasabi, nor 'real' ginger, they are my choice for best bang for your buck.

So Chowhounders, please recommend some great sushi places which wont dent my wallet, as I tend to visit Sushi joints way too often.

(On the list to visit: Echigo, Kiriko, Zo) Any others? I'm really only into sushi and don't eat all the fancy rolls etc. A place which carrys fresh wasabi at a reasonable price would also be a major plus!
