Bland pate w/ limp greens in a watery dressing.
Too few marinated anchovies on several day old, tasteless, chopped ratatouille (made up of little but eggplant) accompanied by a pile of mache in a different watery dressing.
Overcooked, not perfectly clean mussels in a slightly disagreeable butter sauce tasting of very little except fennel(?), but not in a good way. Not really sure what it was.
A decent omelet, if a bit overcooked, with nice, buttery-tasting, fingerling potatoes. Btw, this dish was a special request, ordered completely unadorned for my 3-year old son. It was the best thing on the table. It also had the same limp greens in watery dressing as the pate.
Not too fresh french bread with too hard of a crust.
But...they do make a very good expresso.
