Ordered four pieces of fried chicken last night with a side of dirty rice and scallion cornbread. The skin on the chicken was nicely cooked, not super crispy, but sufficiently crispy. The meat was moist on both the dark and white meat pieces. All that was missing was flavor. Very drab in the flavor department. In fact, the breast had the most flavor, which was kind of curious. The cornbread was undercooked and greasy, again with little flavor. The dirty rice was very dry and, you guessed it, had very little flavor.
Hopefully they are still getting their act together. Has anyone tried their rotissaire bird?
