I only have two dinners and one lunch in Napa

I need two dinner places and one place for a late lunch in Napa. Here are the places that I would like to try...but I am having a hard time narrowing down. Which is the better place for lunch? dinner?

Don Giovanni (I have read great things about this place, how is the atmosphere)
Mustards grill
Cindy's Backstreet

I would love to go to Auberge...but I think it is too pricey for our budget. Would you recommend it for an aperitif before dinner? I keep reading about the view...that is really why I want to visit.

On another note, I am also visiting Gold Country (I am a nyc teacher teaching 4th grade history for the first time!) . We are going to Coloma- GRass Valley region. We are ending up where my brother-in-law lives in SAn Andreas.Any good rec's would be appreciated!!
