Dinner recommends in Atlanta, vegetarian friendly near CDC?

msmeda | Jun 20, 2007 08:33 AM

Several of us have a short trip planned to Atlanta for just a day and am looking for good dinner recommendations in Atlanta. We're staying near the CDC, so that would be ideal, but I'm open to any suggestions. One person in our small group is vegetarian, so I'm hoping for something vegetarian friendly, although the rest of us eat everything. Our budget is moderate ($10-15 per entree, roughly) and we're really more interested in good food over ambiance or atmosphere. It would be nice to get a variety of suggestions in types of food, since I'm not sure what people like/don't like (Indian, Mexican, American, whatever...). I pulled a couple of ideas from previous posts, but most of them leaned towards Italian (Osteria, Fritti, Ecco). Thanks!
