Diner/Food on I-95 in VA / Williamsburg

A few questions:

I will be driving from DC to Williamsburg, VA this weekend, leaving around 7:00 a.m. and returning in the evening. So I was interested in

1) Finding a diner off I-95, I-295, or I-64 on the way to Williamsburg for breakfast. I don't care what the diner looks like. I'm not on a quest to find authentic Jersey-looking diners. I would like good biscuits & sausage gravy, good pancakes, good home fries, etc. If you could provide exit numbers & directions as well as names, I would be most grateful.

2) Where to eat while in Williamsburg / on the way back? Lunch and dinner food, hopefully not too expensive, any ethnicity [or hamburgers and fries], just cheap and tastes good. As with 1, I'd need directions.

3) What is the food like _inside_ Busch Gardens, Williamsburg? I know it's overpriced. It's an amusement park. Is it edible? Where's the best place to eat in the park, or should I be going somewhere outside the park? I have some truly horrific memories of the food at the Busch Gardens in Tampa.

Thanks.

JT
