Out of curiosity, does anyone know of a good dim sum take-out place in SF Chinatown? There's so many and I've started trying some but haven't come upon any I particularly like-many prove to be oily and cheap-tasting.
Broadway Dim Sum-Huge sizes of dim sum-siu mai was like meatballs-but the food left a funny aftertaste.
Delicious Dim Sum(Jackson)-had a shrimp dumpling with the shell included. Enough said.
Wing's Dim Sum(Stockton)-I really liked the taro and pork dumpling I got when it first came out-but their siu mai was just alright.
You's Dim Sum (on Broadway)-I liked the watercress and shrimp dumplings and siu mai-I think of all the ones I've been to, this take-out place was the most decent.
Any comments or suggestions? Should I even expect to find a gem in one of these places?
