I've had hit or miss experiences getting my Dim Sum fix at Kam Sen on weekends. I've opted for this on more than a few occasions because It is faster and cheaper than take out at Aberdeen. Of course, "faster and cheaper," means I should not expect too much, however sometimes I have been pleasently surprised. Other times I have not. My chief complaint is that sometimes items are left in the steam box way, way too long. The obvious answer is to get there earlier. But does anybody more in the know have any suggestions about what is good, what is not, when to go, etc...?
