Okay, I hate to even ask, but how about some recommendations for both diet-friendly and chow-ish meals and snacks? It seems that I am particularly skilled at identifying diet-sabotaging dining at a moment's notice, but what about healthy alternatives to balance out that Bartley's bacon blue cheese burger with a side of onion rings?

Last night's dinner was Chinese vegetables (bok choy) and black mushrooms (wow!) and Yu Hsiang eggplant (delicious with sliced garlic, jalapenos and wood ear) from Quindao with a side of sweet and sour cucumbers and green beans with ginger. The green beans weren't worth it, not very flavorful, but everything else was fantastic.
