Have reservations at the p'tit plateau for dinner and have purchased a late harvest riesling for the visit.
Quite unfamiliar with this type of wine and looking for any suggestions in regard to menu selection.
The label suggest Foie Gras and fruit desserts. Is it appropriate to have the same post and pre entree. Any other wine/drink suggestions. Thanks for reply to previous posts and the board. A huge help in planning our trip.
