Dessert after cassoulet at Gascogne/Saturday

Finally going to satisfy a two-winter long cassoulet craving on Saturday night at Gascogne (8th between 18 and 18). I need a wait and a walk before dessert these days--any suggestions? A good 20 minute walk is fine--a bit longer if the temperature manages to climb above 32. Thanks.
