In desperate need of chicken biryani!

A few days ago, I came across a friend's facebook status describing the delicious, spicy, hot, flavourful chicken tikka masala biryani she had for lunch that day (in Dubai, or I'd already be on the trail of some). Since then, I haven't been able to get biryani out of my mind. On top of that, I'm the type of person who gets hungry when I'm stressed out and as I'm in the middle of exam prep these days, I'm ravenous for some really good biryani. Now being in Mississauga, you'd think that finding some would be an easy task, but I'd rather start of with some good biryani because otherwise its rather hit and miss, and so if anyone can point me in the direction of some that they think is good, at least it'll narrow down the realm of possibilities.

Area: In Mississauga ideally, I'm studying at the University of Toronto Mississauga library these days, but am willing to travel for good biryani

Here are a few things I'd like:
a) white, boneless chicken (I really don't like dark meat)
b) not dry, i hate dried out biryani
c) flavourful - definitely don't want bland, but I don't want ridiculously spicy either
d) not overly oily
e) somewhere I can grab takeout for lunch - I'm alone on my quest and don't really have the time for a sit down meal right now

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as you can see I'm desperate and I'm not exaggerating when I say I haven't been able to stop thinking about it.

Places I've thought of but haven't tried the biryani at - if you've had it here, reviews would be great:
a) Bombay Bhel
b) Avani Bistro
c) Tandoori Time - tried this one and not a fan of their biryani
d) The Host (do they even do takeout?)
