Ok, who wants to eat some very good tasting Fried clams and not have to fight all that big dig traffic, airport traffic and everyone driving with a cup of coffee in one hand and giving everyone the bird with the other hand?
Drive to Quincy Square, you'see the signs its on the southshore about 7 miles south of the city of Boston, now ask for directions to Chestnut street, there you'll find KELLEY"S you'll have enough to take home or eat while driving back to your motel....if not there then drive south of Quincy to north weymouth cross the new Fore River Bridge, As soon as you cross over the Bridge, look to your right, you'll see a small place called Billy Bud's. There's enought parking there for about 10 car, go inside watch some tv while waiting for your order or eat inside Billy Bud.s Me? I Like to drive further down about 1 mile past Billy Bud's take a left on Lovell St still on Rte. 3-A and drive to the top of Lovell St. Stop the car and sit and enjoy the fried clams and the magnificent view of the entire harbor, Quincy, Weymouth, Hingham, Hull and of course Boston see all the Islands, boats, lobster boats, trawlers from all over the world, sailing boats, this place is locally known as Great Hill. Have Fun, Don't eat too much!!
