Hello, I'm a new user here and thought I could get some help.
I spent last 6 hours on this board reading about Debuyer Mineral pan and I still cannot find an answer.
I found topics all over this board with members getting letters from Debuyer stating that both pans are the same, and the only difference is beeswax and the stamp, but I cannot find anywhere an answer for both pans being Oven ok.
I want to get a first pan, mainly for steaks, some eggs, chicken, etc. me and the wife are buying our first house and I would like to get quality for the first time.
However I want to finish the steak in the Oven for last few minutes and I see that the Mineral B doesn't have stove logo on it.
I'm at 2 weeks of dry aging my steak, and forgot about the pan :)
So now I'm in a rush to get one, don't wanna write DeBuyer since this will most likely get me nowhere or will get a reply next month, based on what I read from members here.
