The Danish Pastry House

I have become a frequent visitor to the Danish Pasry House (2- 4 times a week) since they opened in November and I do not understand the negative comments.

This is a new bakery which I find is staffed by friendly and knowledgeable people. As with anyting new, even a Bakery may have a few items that do not meet with everyone's tastes - that's life.

I have tried all of the breakfast pastries over the last few months and have narrowed it down to a few favorites. If a croissant is not up to your epectations - try someting new. If the filling of the dessert pastries are not sweet enough - let the owners know so that they can improve on their recipes if necessary. Remember these are authentic Danish recipes which may seem a little different from our americanized versions.

All of the cakes and dessert pastries in my opinion are to die for.

If your first visit was not a success I would suggest giving the Danish Bakery another try. They are constantly changing and growing from day-to-day.
