Having heard that this was the best burger in Dallas, I thought I'd see how it stands up to my Fort Worth stand-bye, Kincaid's. I entered. and it hit me, "Dangit!, I forgot to get cash." I returned a few minutes later and was denied my wish of a medium-rare cheeseburger, then i remembered hearing somewhere that they did well-done only. That makes me nervous, but this place has a good rep for a reason. Great, great beef.
light seasoning, great balance, not overly salted.
Great crust on the burger
The little portion of the but that got a dark brown toast.
Mustard on top and bottom. Lot's of mustard flavor, with little mess.
Very well constructed for the size
well-done. It was still very good and juicy, but it could have been better I think.
Kincaids V Wingfield's? Too close to call. The overall contstruction and balance of the Wingfield's may win, but the meat at Kincaid's is second to none.
