My friends and I went to Cyrus the night before we went to French Laundry. I was pretty impressed as was another of my dining party, but the other two members did not think much of the place.
We did the tasting menu and added the Thai Marinated Lobster, Chef Keane's signature dish.
If you go I highly recommend you try the cocktails they may be a touch adventurous but very unique.
Also the maitre'd Nick Peyton lavishes personal attention on each table and really does a lot to make every guest feel like he is the most important person in the restaurant.
