C.W. Napkin

I've ordered pizza through the years from a place called CW Napkin that left delivery menus in my building lobby. It's always intrigued me a bit because the menu was well written, had an interesting layout (printed and folded like a napkin), and the food seemed high quality, prices reasonable. BUT the address on the menu (which I do like to know before I order) just listed "Sheridan & Agatite". Several times in the last few years, when in that uptown neighborhood, I've looked for CW Napkin, but only seen some non-descript (and a bit decrepit) looking place called "Pizza King" or something to that effect. Which leads me to believe that the CW Napkin menu I was receiving and ordering from all those years was just a glossy sheen on a dumpy place. But the food and the service has always been top-notch. This last weekend, I ordered CW Napkin again for the first time in a long while, but the menu that came with the delivery was much more restrained, it was like a single page folded over, much different than before. Has anyone else regularly ordered from this place in the past? Do they have a real location? Is it in trouble? Thanks.
