i am VERY new to curry. in the past, i have tried some dishes with curry that i did not like at all ( there are different types, yes? ) well, the past couple of weeks i have had 2 different curry chickens ( one was hot, one was a cold salad ) and i LOVED them. both were with the bright yellow type if that makes sense to you guys. the hot one had raisins and i think some kind of nut and the cold chix salad had raisins & apricots. JUST DELICIOUS! anyway, can you please give me some recipes? i would love to make a cold chix salad version for 4th of july bbq.
