I highly, highly recommend a great little cookbook: "Take-Out Tonight," by none other than Weight Watchers. The premise is "healthy versions of restaurant favorites." Here is a link:
PLEASE don't think of it as a diet book; it's not, It's a wonderful riff on lots of kinds of cooking, with no artificial ingredients, and great results. This book should be TERRIBLE, but it is EXCELLENT. Somebody really must have worked hard on this one. Give it a try.
