I am pregnant and have been craving Sichuan spicy foods for weeks now, specifically the Sichuan liang fun. I'm looking for the ma-la type where the noodles are white, sliced long and are thick. Almost like it was once a thick brick, then sliced up.
Anyone know where I can get this or have any idea what I'm talking about?
(it's not the yellow cold noodle)
