Crab Rangoon in St. Louis

I know, it seems an odd thing to fuss about, but is anybody else really picky about crab Rangoon? I'd like to know where to find the kind that actually uses crab, something that's not too greasy, and if there are any other qualities that make it stand out from the run of the mill fast-food variety, please point me in that direction! thanks.
