Looking for cozy and relaxed, but nice

Mom and Dad are coming into town next weekend and I would like to treat them (or maybe have them treat me!) to a couple of nice dinners.

I have brought them to Oleana before. They loved it for the inventive cuisine, relaxed atmosphere (no L'Espalier for them!) and not teeny portions (Dad rates things on the pizza scale, as in: how many pieces of pizza will it take him to be full AFTER dinner? Anything above zero means it must have been bad or stingy portions).

Price isn't a huge object, but hugely expensive entrees (35+) aren't neccessary, in my opinion.

Initial thoughts: Sage, Craigie Street (too fancy? thoughts appreciated ...), East Coast Grill.

Thanks for the help!!
