I would greatly appreciate any help finding a recipe that I believe is from the fall of 1993--September or October. The library here is missing the bound volume from that particular period, and try as I might, I can't get Epicurious to cough up the recipe.
I'm looking for a recipe for couscous with vegetables that I believe appeared in the section called Cooking Class. It was a feature with a chef from northern California, whose name of course, I can't remember. There was an accompanying harissa if I recall correctly. The dish is fabulous, and is one of the first that I cooked for my future wife. Unfortunately, I threw out all my old Bon Appetit volumes in a move a few years ago.
I would be forever indebted if someone still has that particular volume with the recipe I'm looking for.
