I didn't bug him to death but he does make a simple syrup with the clove, cinnamon and star anise. This was served on the "rock" the "Gourmet" ice cube I referred to in another post. I adored it. I chose it cause I love those three spices especially.

SO refreshing. THAT was a drink that could get me in trouble cause you don't really think you're drinking :)
I'm just posting this to say thanks for getting me into a "brown" drink. I'll try more.
