I'll have pictures later and a fuller report, but I just wanted to drop a quick note in case anyone is headed that way soon. Good stuff!
They open at 11:00 and the items straight off the smoker are much better than if you get stuff that's been sitting around. (But they do take stuff off the smoker throughout the day, so just go when it's busy.) Best items I've had are the ham and the brisket. Make sure you get the fatty side of the brisket. They'll trim the fat if that bothers you. It's only $9/lb which is very fair. They make their own sausage, too, which is quite good (though could use a little more fat).
There is some off smoke flavor and they're not as consistent as I'd like, but this is a real find, imo, and is better than most of the places up here.
