Cost-effective Chicken Wings

I've browsed these boards many times and I've seen that the topic of Chicken Wing places in Toronto has come up a fair number of times. I keep hearing places like Duff's, St Louis, Allstar, etc. My problem is that I can't seem to find cost-effective wings.

It's easy to find average wings for average prices. It's also easy to find great wings for above average prices. What I can't find are decent or better wings for low prices.

The last time I found a great deal on wings was about a year ago. The Phoenix and Firkin on Sheppard, just west of Victoria Park, had 15 cent wings on Wednesdays where you had to purchase a drink for each set of 10-15 wings... and the wings were really quite tasty! Unfortunately, they've since cancelled that deal. I also went to the Office on Bloor, just east of Islington. Again, tasty wings, only 25 cents a wing on Tuesdays, drink purchase required. Again, this deal no longer exists. The wings are now 40 cents each on Tuesday.

Are there any places that have wings for less than 40 cents each on at least one day of the week that are decent tasting or better? I've been trying out random places for the last few weeks, but I feel I need some help tracking these places down. Thanks in advance.
