Cooking tip for a made ahead delivered meal ...

Hi. I'm making some breaded chicken cutlets as part of a delivered dinner to bring to a family in mourning. I've browned them nicely but they are very undercooked on the inside still .. I don't want them to be all dried out when I re heat them later. QUESTION ... how long do I cook them in the oven to insure through and through doneness but not dryness? Thanks all!
