We live in Park Slope and are looking for a very introductory cooking course. We can make the basics at home, but nothing ever tastes that great, and we thought that an introductory course could help. Because of Chowhound, we have become reliant on dining out all the time... :(
Our culinary interests are pretty varied, but for home cooking we are just looking for simple things, i.e. Italian, American, some basic Chinese and Japanese.
I'd appreciate if anyone can post any recommendations for inexpensive classes at colleges or private schools or any other ideas...
