I recently went here for a quick dinner and they served me a wafer-like crisp chocolate chip cookie with the bill. It was flat as paper and all ingredients were ground to a fine meal... they were delicious. Does anyone have an idea for a recipe? It seemed to have oatmeal and nuts in it as well but I could be mistaken.
I know that baking for crisp cookies involves using less moisture-holding ingredients such as sugar, flour and eggs but I've yet to stumble across a recipe online that seems to encourage a flat crisp cookie.
Any input is quite welcomed!
