Do you have any suggestions where I should get a whole, cooked suckling pig?
THE BACK STORY: It's bbq season, and I thought it would be fun to serve something a little different. But, with my first time out with a pig, I thought I would turn to a pro to do the the heavy lifting, and we would just warm it up over the coals.
I've heard Chinatown in Brooklyn is a good bet, but I am not that familiar with Chinatown out there.
