Long story short; I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia not long ago and discovered the beauty of quinoa a month ago.
I've always eat it like you eat rice. Salty, veggies, mixed with meat. But tonight, wanting to experience with it, I mixed a bit of cooked quinoa with maple syrup.
It was soooo gooood! That I wanted to make cookies with it, something chewy like say... Oatmeal raisin cookies, but I don't know what to do.
Anyone have an idea on how I should do that?
