I'm in two minds about this cookbook.
More with less cookbook - Doris Janzen Longacre
The reviews are on the whole, pretty positive. Some of them are rave reviews! Some of them are from people who have bought replacement copies after their first copies fell apart from constant use!
I'm all for simplicity in recipes and love learning how to make things from scratch, but I'm also quite adventurous and love to try out new and exciting recipes.
It's also about being frugal, and kind to the earth - things that are pretty important to me.
Yet, I am wondering whether I will find this recipe book useful, or whether it will be too basic and boring.
Do any fellow foodies familiar with this cookbook have any opinions about it?
