So i am creating a cook book for my father. It is a selection of very special recipes which are not in my published cookbook. It is relatively small with very complicated recipes for a variety of exquisite fusion fair.
I want something very interesting and unique for the title being i am having a professional designer creating the format and cover. But with the holidays and what not i think my brain is fried. Below i have outlined a few of the recipes, Please help determine or throw some ideas my way for the title of the book, it will be oh so appreciated.
Onion tarts, Mushrooms and garlic snails, Crab cakes,
Chipotle pork tenderloin with Ancho chili mustard sauce, Serve with mounded Carmelized onions
Stuffed Leg of Lamb with Balsamic-Fig-Basil Sauce
Porcini Crusted Elk Wellington with Creamed Spinach wrapped in Puff Pastry with imported provolone cheese sauce over garlic creamed potatoes
Ashii’s Beef Phyllo Tenderloin with Rich Merlot Sauce
