Can I saute my shallots today and add them to my cooked green beans tomorrow?
I'm bringing the dish to my aunt's house and won't have any room to saute them when I get there. I plan on roasting the green beans with her other dishes in the oven but I don't want to undercook or burn the shallots and if I saute them in advance, I feel like I will have at least some control over it. Thanks in advance for the help. I'm pretty much a cooking novice.
