New Concept dimsum menu

Having collected a few (like 10) recommendations from Chowhounds, we showed up for the nth (-->4) time at New Concept for dimsum lunch. Most of the recommendations were from the dinner menu, so we were on our own.

Lunch for 2:

Shrimp Har Gow (#17) - two shrimp in a thin almost translucent wrapper - perhaps the blandest of them all - they served a red vinegar (not sure what it is exactly) - perhaps for this, but we could not tell because they served another dish at the same time

Chiu-Chow Style Dumplings (#20) - these are the most unusual dumplings - filling of meat and vegetables wrapped in a white rice cake, shaped like a football - I liked them - somewhat sticky & chewy outer rice cake cover gives way to savory fillings

Shanghai Dumplings (#24) - Outstanding - these are like the soup dumplings at Din Tai Fung, except that I liked them better - the skin was thinner (a personal preference), the soup was more flavorful, and the filling was also very flavorful - next time, we will order multiple of these

Stewed Beef and Rice Noodle in Claypot (#40) - this was also very good - larger dish than the others - rice noodle rolled into logs, stewed with tender beef in a thick sauce - excellent

Stuffed Lotus (#61) - a sandwich of two sliced of lotus root with a seafood mousse filling in a sauce - except for our inability to eat this in a proper manner (because the lotus root could not be cut into smaller pieces with the chopsticks) - this was also quite good

Mushrooms and Pork Dumplings (#63) - thicker wrapper (almost had a silvery color to it) around pork, mushrooms, and peanuts - OK but not something I would order twice

Pan Fried Turnip Cake with Spic XO Sauce (#44) - outstanding - cubes of bite sized turnip cake in a spicy sauce - just right amount of spiciness

On our next visit, I would like to try:
Canton Style Deep Fried Fish Balls
Sweet Green Tea Flavored Dumplings
Curry Squid
Soda Pop Flavored Chicken Wings
Hollow Vegetable with Fermented Bean Curd Sauce
Bamboo Wrap with Abalone Sauce (next table had this)
Abalone Mushroom Dumplings
Crab-Meat Dumplings (in translucent green wrappers - next table had this)

The dinner menu looked amazing. One item I saw in the pictured dinner menu that is missing in the takeout menu I have with me is "Frog Oil" - what is Frog oil?
