1. Who has the best non-fried clams in Boston? As anyone who has visited New Orleans knows, we fry (ie Southern cook) EVERYTHING including but not limited to breakfast cereals, bread and turkey.
2. I have read through 6 months of postings regarding the North end Italian restaurants and cannot discern a chow-worthy winner. Is it just a shot in the red sauce?
3. Where in Chinatown does one find the best Dim Sum?
4. What about French? I mean the real thing such as Cassoulet, Coq au Vin and Duck Confit.
