Hi everyone! So I'm planning on doing a clam boil for the 4th, because I ate a really good one a few years back. The cook told me what they did, but I think I'm forgetting some details.
Basically, here's the plan so far: Sausages, potatoes, onions, corn on the cob, garlic, fresh parsley, s&p, white wine, in a big pot. I don't remember what order to layer them though. Or how long it takes.... I'm figuring that when the clams are open and the potatoes are cooked, it'll be done though. Is there anything I'm missing or any other yummy tips you hounds could tell me?
