Tony Foreman and Cindy Wolf will open a new restaurant near Charleston next month accoring to an article in today's Sun. This in itself is exciting as I believe the Forman/Wolf team has done a good job of bringing consistent upscale restaurants to Baltimore. Foreman knows his wine and I look forward to seeing new and exciting Italian wines on the list at this new Northern Italian restaurant.
What's even more exciting is that the chef will be Stefano Frigerio, Fabio Trabocchi's right -hand man from Maestro. While I've not dined (and probably won't have the opportunity to) at Maestro, I have many friends and co-workers who have. I'm sure this restaurant will excel with Frigerio as chef.
Anyone else have any thoughts on this?
