chuck roast vs. brisket

I was going to make a beef brisket and accidentally bought a pot roast (boneless chuck) instead. Someone must have put it in the wrong section and I was in a hurry. Can I use this with the same recipe in my crock pot? Other than the texture, will it be vastly different?
