Our director kindly gave me money to buy a ham and a turkey breast for our units Christmas Day potluck. I bought a precooked spiral cut ham from Costco and a precooked turkey breast (not my fav, but not everyone eats ham). My question is should I glaze and warm the ham the day prior or should I just bring both to work for cold cuts with rolls (condiments and sides, of course)? I do have access to an electric roaster at work, but I don't know much about this. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
